Our supplements are designed to help support healthy aging by targeting the main contributors of the aging process: inflammation, oxidative stress and senescent cells. The effects can start to show at different ages, depending on factors such as genetics, lifestyle choices, and environmental factors. However, there are some common signs of aging that may start to become noticeable in middle age, which is typically around 35 years old.
The best time to take Solensis supplements depends on the supplement itself.
- NMN: in the morning.
- Resveratrol: no preference.
- Quercetin: no preference.
- Berberine: just before a meal or in the morning.
- Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10): no preference.
- Glutathione: no preference.
Resveratrol and Quercetin supplements should be taken with a meal rich in healthy fats (peanut butter, olive oil, plain yogurt, avocado etc…). Berberine should also be taken 15 minutes before or during a meal. NMN, Coenzyme Q10 and Glutathione can be taken with or without food.
