You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund including the shipping fee. No questions asked! We'll also cover the return shipping costs for you.

You will receive your refund on your original payment method (used at checkout).

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 - 2 weeks of returning back the product to us, but in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your product back (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process your refund (3 to 10 business days).

For international orders (outside the US), in the unfortunate event of a package being lost in transit within your country, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue refunds. This decision is due to factors beyond our control, including local post office operations, customs procedures and local regulations.

If you refuse delivery on an order, we will be glad to issue you a refund. However, You will still be responsible for the original shipping costs, any customs duties or taxes, and the cost of returning the package to us. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
