For international orders (outside the US), in the unfortunate event of a package being lost in transit within your country, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue refunds. This decision is due to factors beyond our control, including local post office operations, customs procedures and local regulations.
Be aware that if you refuse delivery on an international order (outside the US), we will be glad to issue you a refund. However, You will still be responsible for the original shipping costs, any customs duties or taxes, and the cost of returning the package to us. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
